Standard Shipping Policy

Order Processing Guideline | In Stock Merchandise Only

Orders are processed during normal business hours and processed for delivery Monday - Saturday. Orders are not shipped on weekends and national holidays. 

 

Orders placed before 1 pm EST typically ships within two business days. Carrier's service is determined by items ordered and recipient's zip code, leading to varying estimated arrival times. Delivery is generally 2-7 days from pick up, with email notifications providing tracking information and estimated arrival times.


Express:

  • Expedited orders placed before 1 pm EST will ship same day. Orders placed after 1 pm EST will process and ship the following business day. Expedited services are decided based on recipient's ship zone offered by carrier. Estimated arrival times are within one to two business days. Email notifications are sent with tracking information and estimated times of arrival,


Orders are not processed on the following holidays: New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day. 


United States Standard Orders | Carriers: FedEx

  • Orders $174.99 or less | Flat rate cost $15
  • Orders $175 or more | Free standard domestic shipping throughout the Continental United States.


Standard domestic shipping:

  • FedEx serves as our preferred carrier. Typically, orders ship within 1 - 3 business days, and the choice of free service is based on the products ordered & destination zip code.

Express 

  • Services are based on rate chart selected at checkout.

 

International Orders Placed Prior to June 3, 2024

Carriers: FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS
Rates and services are calculated based on destination country and zip code.

  • Expediated orders based on ship zone and carrier's fees 
  • Duties and taxes are not included.
