We highly suggest securing shipping protection at the time of purchase. Robertson Madison LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Ensure peace of mind by insuring the total contents value. Shipping and packaging fees are not covered.

 


Insurance Policy

  • Claim must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
  • Stuck in transit for 7 days domestically or 14 days internationally are considered lost.
  • Damaged claims typically require photo evidence.
  • 2 day buffer between delivery date and when we proceed with a claim for lost/stolen.
  • Police reports requested at $500, or when there's red flags for fraud, etc.
  • Damaged is defined as a broken and unusable product.
