It is hard to believe another year has passed. As we look back at 2019 and ahead for 2020 a time of reflection and resolutions. I want to thank you for choosing us! Your loyalty and trust in Robertson Madison means the world. We love what we do, and my team and I don't take it for granted when you choose to shop with us. Times are difficult and being a small business, up against large companies, many times our own manufactures, especially now at the end of a season, there is clearly a battle for business. If you see a promotion or a SALE on a manufacturer's website, please tell us! Staying competitive and up to date with pricing is nearly impossible. We are a small team, in a small business, spending most of our day in the store working with clients, building wardrobes, creating looks while maintaining relationships. There are not enough hours in a day to shop sites to ensure we are in line with pricing. We need to know. Please tell us. I will say sometimes it is misleading, because something may appear to be on sale, but it is not the exact same item, size, color etc. Many times, the seasonal color is marked down, but the black is not. If the exact item is reduced, we will match the price! Don't be embarrassed to tell us. We will gladly adjust the price if need be. Your business and your loyalty are what is important. HELP WANTED
We have big goals for 2020. One is to focus on growth. I am looking for a fashion loving key associate/pace setter that will assist in all day to day operations, sales, merchandising, website building and maintenance, social media and client building. This is a full-time position which is 4-5-day work week including Saturdays. Retail sales experience preferred.
