How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy, and all orders except Sale/Clearance merchandise can be returned. Sale/Clearance merchandise orders are not returnable and are a final sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know with in 7 days from of delivery. In order to insure proper credit an authorization (RMA) is required. A refund minus the shipping costs (a flat rate of $15.00), will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Shipping is not refundable, so therefore a deduction from the total will be taken. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

All sales are final after 30 days from purchase date. All merchandise must be returned unworn with tickets attached or in original shoe box.
